ROY WALLACE HILTON Suddenly on April 25, 2000 at the Victoria Hospital, Roy Hilton passed away at the age of 60 years. Roy is survived by his daughter Sheila Boyd and son Gordon; grandchildren, Roy and Alexandra Boyd and Justin Hilton; sister Verna; brothers, Ken (Evelyn), Leonard all of Winnipeg and Ernie (Charlene) of Edmonton; fourteen nieces and nephews. He was the fifth child of Tilla and Gordon Hilton and was predeceased by sisters, Carol Lawton, January 15, 1971 and Doreen Lindsay, August 23, 1982. Roy worked all of his life for the City of Winnipeg, starting in the personnel department and in later years with forestry, retiring at the age of 55 years. He was an avid curler and was interested in most sports especially cheering for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Flowers gratefully declined, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 28, at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. Interment Brookside Cemetery. BARDAL FUNERAL HOME 843 Sherbrook Street 774-7474
